WHERE TALENT MEETS OPPORTUNITY.
Where Girls Flag Football Gets Seen.
The Girls Flag Football Showcase Series is more than a tournament, it’s a traveling talent ecosystem built to identify, elevate, and connect the next generation of elite female athletes to real opportunities in sport, leadership, and life.
Powered by the shared vision of the ABC Sports Foundation + Better Balance, this experience serves as the foundation of a larger national pipeline known as the Athlete Xchange™—a scalable platform where athletes are not just competing, but being discovered, developed, and documented.
Across multiple cities, athletes compete in a high-energy, professionally structured showcase format designed to mirror elite scouting environments. Every rep matters. Every game is evaluated. Every athlete is seen.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
This is not recreational play. This is structured exposure.
City-to-city showcase format designed for talent discovery
Certified coaches, evaluators, and guest scouts
Game film capture for athlete recruiting portfolios
Skills combine + competitive tournament play
Leadership, discipline, and character development built into the experience
Pathway alignment to middle school, high school, collegiate, and beyond
THE VISION
We are building the pipeline before the pipeline exists.
This is the beginning of a national system where girls flag football is treated with the same respect, visibility, and opportunity structure as any elite sport.

WHAT AGE DIVISION SHOULD MY ATHLETE REGISTER FOR?
An athlete’s division is determined by her age on August 1, 2026, and her school enrollment for the 2026–2027 academic year.
MIDDLE SCHOOL DIVISION: Ages 12–14
For athletes who are 12, 13, or 14 years old and enrolled in middle school for the 2026–2027 school year.
HIGH SCHOOL DIVISION: Ages 14–17
For athletes who are 14, 15, 16, or 17 years old and enrolled in high school for the 2026–2027 school year.
Because age 14 appears in both divisions, 14-year-old athletes should register according to their school level:
A 14-year-old middle school student registers for the Middle School Division.
A 14-year-old high school student registers for the High School Division.
Athletes will remain in the same division throughout the entire Circuit season, even if they have a birthday after August 1, 2026. Proof of age and school enrollment may be required.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE IN THE LOS ANGELES CHAMPIONSHIP?
The Los Angeles Championship is an invite-only event. Participation in a regional showcase does not automatically guarantee an invitation to compete in Los Angeles.

Selected participants will compete against top athletes and teams from across the Tap In Global Girls Flag Football Circuit, including invited international teams and programs from other countries.
The Championship will take place as part of Global Impact Fest, creating a global competition and cultural experience that brings together athletes, families, coaches, and partners from the United States and abroad.
